2. THE ORDER PROCESS (REQUEST VS. PAYMENT)
WHOLESALE REQUESTS: Submitting an order through this website is a Wholesale Request, not a final sale.
NO ONLINE PAYMENT: No payment is collected at checkout.
FINALIZATION: Our team will manually verify stock and provide a final invoice including applicable taxes or shipping adjustments. Your order is only confirmed once payment is arranged directly with our staff.
PROTOCOL: Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving. You must present a valid ID matching the business account name.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
RESTRICTIONS: We only ship to verified business addresses. We do not ship to third parties, residential addresses, or communal drop sites (malls, kiosks, shared offices).
LTL FREIGHT: For large orders (typically over $1,250), we reserve the right to use LTL shipping to ensure product safety. LTL transit times may be extended.
COLOR ASSORTMENT: For “Assorted” items, we cannot guarantee specific colors/styles as we are bound by manufacturer availability. We will fulfill based on current stock.
5. RETURNS & HAZMAT
INSPECTION: Please inspect all items immediately. Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
USED ITEMS: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used.
HAZMAT (FINAL SALE): Due to shipping safety regulations, all hazardous materials (butane, torches, cleaners) are Final Sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
RESTOCKING FEE: Returns made due to customer preference are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
